Current Major Closures
11:00 p.m. October 19, 2026 to 05:00 a.m. October 20, 2026:
Highway 400 Southbound Collector at Langstaff Road and the Langstaff Road Westbound on-ramp to 400 Southbound will be closed for bridge repair work from Monday night, October 19 to Tuesday morning, October 20, 2026. During this time, traffic seeking access to the Highway 400 southbound collector lanes and Highway 7 shall follow Jane Street or Weston Road.
10:00 p.m. October 3, 2026 to 08:00 a.m. October 4, 2026:
Highway 400 Southbound Collector at Langstaff Road and the Langstaff Road Westbound on-ramp to 400 Southbound will be closed for bridge repair work from Saturday night, October 3 to Sunday morning, October 4, 2026. During this time, traffic accessing Highway 400 Southbound Collector and Highway 7 shall follow Jane Street or Weston Road.
Lane and Ramp Closures
Highway 400 northbound and southbound, spanning from south of Langstaff Road to north of Major Mackenzie Drive, will experience temporary lane closures throughout the project’s construction. Nighttime lane closures are also expected.
These closures are necessary to facilitate the permanent widening of the highway and the replacement of existing culverts. The project aims to enhance transportation infrastructure and traffic flow.
